What testimony proves that theory incorrect? You should have read about the testimony, including the audio files, before pushing that theory.

Of course that's all ridiculously wrong. Cohen's testimony is corroborated by all of the evidence, including the amounts of the payments.No. Again, you’re wrong. The sole witness to the claim that Trump was reimbursing Cohen is Cohen, himself, a convicted perjurer, serial liar and now a confessed thief.
Michael Cohen did the NDA without direct knowledge of Trump out of the money that Trump paid Cohen to represent him. We know that as a fact from testimony given at the trial by the prosecution's own witnesses. None of that matters however because an NDA isn't in any way shape or form illegal! You can't get any more "basic" than that! And it was not. It was a reimbursement for a payoff. This is well demonstrated by the evidence.
I really can't make you understand basic facts of the topic.
Gotti went to prison because he committed crimes! An NDA isn't a crime! Duh?Of course that's all ridiculously wrong. Cohen's testimony is corroborated by all of the evidence, including the amounts of the payments.
Furthermore, juries understand that when criminal coconspiratprs testify, what you get is a criminal for a witness. Gotti went to prison on the testimony of admitted thieves and murderers, for example.
That's Trump's obviously false claim. In response, the prosecution buried Trump in evidence showing a pattern of this behavior, including audio recordings.Michael Cohen did the NDA without direct knowledge of Trump out of the money that Trump paid Cohen to represent him.
Nobody said it was. Please put away your worthless strawman, thanks.Gotti went to prison because he committed crimes! An NDA isn't a crime! Duh?

That was from Cohen's testimony. You obviously haven't listened to this trial. That's Trump's obviously false claim. In response, the prosecution buried Trump in evidence showing a pattern of this behavior, including audio recordings.
Then what for the love of god IS the crime?Nobody said it was. Please put away your worthless strawman, thanks.

That is a shameless lie and what you said is the precise opposite of cohen's testimony. Go waste someone else's time with your stupid lies. That was from Cohen's testimony. You obviously haven't listened to this trial.
Repeatedly posted to you, troll. Then what for the love of god IS the crime?
That was from Cohen's testimony. You obviously haven't listened to this trial.
The payments were not from a business account. The first two checks were from the Trust, and the remaining nine were from Trump's personal checking account. If Trump had paid out of his personal funds, then there wouldn’t be any grounds for prosecution. Instead Trump paid from corporate funds opening the door to falsifying business records, which is illegal.

Except the misdemeanor was to cover up a felony which makes it a felony. They may have him on a misdemeanor. That's it.
They are all in this folder. Exactly as I described.Nope. Not even close.
I love how you on the left trot out "catch and kill" like it's some nefarious CIA plot involving assassins! That's no more illegal than an NDA is. You're paying someone not to publish bad stories about you.David Pecker led it off describing a meeting with Trump where the catch and kill plan was formed.
And it goes on from there. Audio recordings backing up all the testimony. Want to know the sad truth?
