She did what she could to respond to a humanitarian crisis the likes of which we have not seen since WWII. She has now admitted they made mistakes in how it was done, but not in responding. She had citizens howling from the first, and she persevered. A lot of lives were saved and a lot of children were spared the nightmare of growing up in a war zone or a tent city.
I admire that.
