Nine of the 13 Cleveland police officers involved in a 137-shot barrage that left an unarmed black man and woman dead after a high-speed chase in 2012 filed a lawsuit last November claiming that they were treated too harshly and discriminated against by the police department in the aftermath of the shooting.

They claim the Cleveland Police Department treats non-black cops more harshly than African-American officers when they use force against black suspects.
Another of cops attempting to turn the criticisms around. Will be successful? Guess
Instead of solve situation with the disparities in the criminal justice system into the right way they are saying that it's actually they who are the victims of systemic discrimination.

Interesting.

I saw nothing in the article that addressed whether their claims were factual or not.

Typical media crap job.

I don't think there is any doubt that non black clops are treated differently when they shoot black criminals than black cops are.

Frankly, it's stupid and pathetic to even try to claim otherwise.

CNN coverage of this last night made mention how with 137 shots fired from a dozen or so officers it's impossible to determine who fired the fatal shots.

Take-Away: in the future, to help fellow officers, everyone fire! :)

So they use the lefts standards of evidence against them and they go nuts. Should be fun to watch.

Have you found any reporting on whether the cops claim is factual? Any reports addressing it at all?
