[Mein Gott! Way back when Barack Obama made his first venture into oratory, he recalled stopping a few minutes into his talk to catch his breath and realized at that point he had his listeners "Eating out of the palm of his hand" (Hopefully it wasn't dog).
Apparently, at this point he considers himself so supremely gifted in oratory that he can beat a certain class of donors severely around the head or torso in any fashion, at any time he wants, as often as he wants, and still demand they reach into their wallets and pony up any amount of funds he wishes. Hey, maybe it beats having your head separated from your body by Mssr Giuillotine's invention like he recently thrreatened to do to the oil traders.]
