It doesn't get widely reported because it doesn't mesh with the anti-constitutionalist arguments. I wonder why they say that the right to bear arms, which is enumerated in the 2nd amendment to the constitution, can be restricted, but the right to an abortion at any fetal age, which is nowhere mentioned in the constitution, cant.
