- Idaho City Council Votes to Declare Twin Falls a 'Welcoming City' After Refugees Plead Guilty to Heinous Sex Crime Against Disabled Child

"The city council of Twin Falls, Idaho, unanimously approved a resolution to declare the city a “welcoming city” for refugees only days after three Third-World refugees pleaded guilty to felony charges for a vile sex attack on a disabled five-year-old girl.

All seven council members voted for the resolution on Monday. This was despite some communities members’ concerns over refugee resettlement, which affects their community in significant ways but they have little to no control over. The city council has not yet drafted a resolution and will return to the issue at a future date.

A seven-year-old Iraqi boy, plus 14-year-old and 10-year-old Sudanese boys, pleaded guilty to
serious felony charges, including felony sexual exploitation of a child in April. They cornered the tiny victim in a laundry room at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho, on June 2, and they stripped her naked, sexually assaulted her, urinated all over her body and in her mouth, taunted and laughed at her, and videotaped the attack.

A retired nurse spotted the oldest refugee felon with a recording device as he instructed the younger boys, and stopped the attack, which could have been much worse had she not intervened.

Media rushed to denigrate those outraged over the heinous sex attack on an innocent and vulnerable American child, but few report the actual facts of the case as they seek to join government officials in intimidating citizens into silence.

An important fault line in the refugee settlement debate is local control of communities versus globalism imposing its will on them, no matter their preferences and despite the harms that befall them.

As one leader of the anti-refugee resettlement movement in Twin Falls said at the city council meeting, the refugee resettlement program there is “completely unaccountable” to the local community, which was never asked if it wanted hundreds of impoverished migrants dumped on its doorstep year after year."
