The fact is he was fired from Meet The Press and assigned to a lower profile position. He didn't step down willingly.

Meanwhile FOX News Sunday has seen a ratings boost since Shannon Bream became the regular replacing Chris Wallace.

CBS Sunday Morning (left-leaning but interesting at times) really helps Face the Nation as a led-in and kills Meet the Press in the same time slot.
