Kavanaugh is being asked to prove a negative. Then a roomful of lawyers, trying to choose a judge for the highest court in the land, and they think that asking him to prove that nothing happened is a reasonable request?

It’s even more suspicious that Feinstein is refusing to cooperate with Grassley in investigating the matter. Clearly the Democrats in keeping the Court in a 4 to 4 tie on important votes. It is also in keeping wit payback for refusing the Garland appointment during the Obama regime.
