you don't inderstand Islamic jurisprudence (based on the words and actions of the FRIEND
OF ALLAH--here on earth) -----the LIFE of a non muslim can CHARITABLY be evaluated as worth
!/4 of that of a muslim. ------that valuation applies CHARITABLY to "persons of the book" ----
the life of a non BOOK person comes to something like 1/8 that of a muslim. THUS it is LOGICAL that the death by homicide rate should reflect the relative VALUE OF LIFE
