Republicans have had many many Supreme Court nominations over many decades. Democrats also have had theirs. For some reason Republican justices nominated and then installed as Supreme Court judges at a percentage that has affected decisions towards Progs exist. Prog judges are ideological in near purity. It is difficult when one major party is total socialist trending towards Marxism and the other one thinks we are a nation who does things together in our legislation, judges and as we see now the President.
