It all depends on the people involved and their ulterior motives. For a one night stand and with a drunk woman, I'm sure a man would tell her any lie if he thought that would "advance his cause." If it is a person who is looking for a friendship, a companion, a marriage, a future of some sort, then they are more likely to be honest.

What does a fat person expect people to say when they ask if they look fat in something? I always want to say, well you are fat, so yes. Everything makes you look fat. I don't know how well that would go over though.

I have always wanted to say that!! I never had the balls to say it to a fat person. I used to have a freind that was buiilt like a victoria secret model and she would ask me if she looked fat in some thing. Some times I would say yes because I knew she was fishing for a complement. I kinew she knew better though!!!!!
