During a news conference Sunday, police Supt. David Brown mourned the boy’s death and also reflected on the killing of 13-year-old Amaria Jones, who was shot hours after James when a stray bullet tore through her apartment in the same neighborhood and pierced her neck as she watched television.​

Well I'm going to venture into the politically incorrect and start pointing at the gene pool.....
Some species of dogs are docile and quiet...others are mean and vicious by nature....it is in their genes.

Not that some cannot be nurtured away from their base instincts and not that a normally peaceful dog cannot also be vicious especially if it gets mistreated or sick....but the fact remains there are predilections involved here. The North American Black is a failed experiment....have you ever noticed how intelligent, polite and industrious an African National is? Why is that? On the other hand the mixed genes of the North American Blacks seem to be lacking in those qualities and tend instead to be culturally aggressive and given over to base animal gratifications....I'm telling you there's somebody out there who has a file on this shit and is too nervous to share it.

Having said that the White race has no lack of low IQ assholes also who can act in much the same way. So when you add up the cultural trends with the genetic deficiencies you get a disastrous

Once it becomes a total financial failure.....which is pretty close to the case right now the city will begin to decompose structurally. The buildings will fall apart, the infrastructure....electrical, water, sewer and so forth will fall into disrepair and the idiots who cause it will discover that you cannot threaten infrastructure back into working condition. It takes money and skill along with civil awareness to reinstall a functional municipality. This is where the left has utterly failed the North American Black.
