Broke into his house with an axe and a knife and is charged with attempted manslaughter? So basically he's been charged with trying to kill someone without malice aforethought after breaking into the guy's house with a knife and an axe. :doubt:

SAMPLE OF CARTOON PROHIBITED IN SWEDEN AND EUROPE. This funny cartoon of a happy fellow landed the cartoonist in jail and torture in Sweden. The case went up all the way to the Swedish Supreme court, which declared the cartoon ''criminal,'' and he was henceforth burned up in a Fahrenheit 451 conflagration never to revive. The shocking case coming from a supposed ''civilized'' country then went up to the sages of culture and high morality, namely Strasbourg. They also decided the cartoon utterly shocking, and applauded Sweden's Fahrenheit 451 action. This makes the cartoon ''criminal'' in Europe. Who is next for some cartoon Fahrenheit 451 burning? The ones behind the Book Burning action charges was the main Synagogue in Stockholm, Sweden. [IMG]Long live cartoonists!
