Well, I just heard Rubio while on Hannity's show that he will stick with the Rubio-Lee tax reform plan which keeps alive the federal government's power to lay and collect a socialist, immoral and arbitrary tax calculated from profits, gains, salaries and other lawfully earned incomes. Seems that Rubio is determined, as is Cruz and Rand Paul, to keep this evil taxing power in Congress' hands. Have we not seen how this taxing power is used to intimidate and harass political opponents, has been used to impinge upon free speech, and has been used to benefit the friends of the Washington establishment while imposing unequal tax burdens upon identifiable groups chosen by Congress?

Rubio did give a great speech, but when it comes to tax reform he is determine to keep the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes alive and in the hands of the Washington Machine, and he refuses to mention the brilliance and wisdom of our Founder's original tax plan, especially its rule of apportioning direct taxes and the benefits of taxing consumption as our founder intended. Additionally, when talking about the necessity to balance the annual budget, Rubio ignores our founders' intended method to extinguish annual deficits using the apportioned tax to make up any shortfalls from imposts, duties and excise taxes.

So, we now have three alleged "conservatives" running to be president, each of whom embraces the status quo on taxation, and likewise reject real tax reform by promising to work to have the following amendment sent to the States which, if adopted, would return us to our Constitution's ORIGINAL TAX PLAN, as our founders intended it to operate:

“SECTION 1. The Sixteenth Amendment is hereby repealed and Congress is henceforth forbidden to lay ``any`` tax or burden calculated from profits, gains, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized money.

"SECTION 5. This Amendment to the Constitution, when ratified by the required number of States, shall take effect no later than (?) years after the required number of States have ratified it.
