The 40 % of oil used for combustion engines sure
can be reduced by an active research support
for Fuel cell engines.

While they provide new kinds of enviromental
problems they sure could take alot of bite
out of the oil dependence the western Alliance faces these days.

Without their oil revenues the theocratic/dictatorial enemies
will face a certain demise imo.
