Trickle up does not take away cause and effect. The cause, putting more funds into the hands of the masses, creates the effect of having them spend the funds on goods and products that in turn, increase production. It means more of the designated funds will be spent on job supporting and creating business and products. If the funds are given to the investment class there is less control of how the funds may be spent. A big diamond ring or vacation overseas or instructions to an investment broker or advisor does not add to the local or even national economy. A billion dollar tax break to the timber industry may produce larger returns to the investors in that industry, but if it is given to the masses a percentage will be spent by the masses on home improvements and at the local lumber retailer or local contractors. That means job support and or creation for the local economy.Government funds that go to the masses create a system whereby the people spend those funds in local economies and cause the funds to trickle up and transfer to businesses. Funds that go to big business and industry create a trickle down economy, leaving much of the funds to benefit the wealthy and investor class. It really comes down to whether you believe a trickle down or trickle up economy benefits the masses more. It's a shame that the left still doesn't understand that government jobs do not grow the economy but merely transfer taxpayer funds from one segment of society to another. It's pretty amazing that the left virtually ignored the incredible transfer of U.S. funds in cash to the tune of anywhere from 500 million to a billion to a country that supports terrorism. The only jobs it created was the hiring of nuclear technicians in freaking Iraq. Trump vows to stop all that nonsense and get America back on track.
Except that trickle up is missing one major component, cause and effect. Crazy I know, but a universal law is equal energy for equal energy, or really, balance. You know, reward for effort? The core of socialism denies science, and it's an attempt to pull something out of their collective butt that doesn't exist. I'm not saying we shouldn't be charitable (note, Reps. are more charitable than Dems..... Dems do a lot of talking)........I'm saying that while liberals are of the highest intelligence cuz they've declared so, they seem to miss the part about basic math, logic and science. Go figure.
