California head of state healthcare system...just flat out lied in Fox interview

Fox reporter...."we have it that there are about 80,000 signed up so far.."
Calif. health head...."oh no...we have about 230,000 as of yesterday"
Fox reporter..."230,000 confirmed, purchased orders?..that is not what we see"
Calif. health head...."we have 230,000 more people covered by signing up on..."
Fox reporter..."230,000 ACA confirmed signups"
Calif. health head...."yes 230,000 people are now covered..."
Fox reporter..."so you are counting medicaid, I am talking ACA from private insurers"
Calif. health head...."yes, that.."
Fox reporter..."and of the 80,000 ACA signons, how many are younger, healthy people"
Calif. health head...."we are doing very well, about 24% are 18 to 34..."
Fox reporter..."24% of the total, or 24% of the ACA paid subs?"
Calif. health head...."I don't have that number"

So in a nutshell....about 64% of the sign ups are Medicaid...who pay nothing. And according to California's budget office - 45% of those are subsidized.
Can you spell.... waaaaaaaaaaaayyyy underfunded?
