People with mucus between their ears should avoid these gatherings.

Who do her students sue when they become nauseous and dizzy after listening to her lectures?

OK, so that's two votes for a powerful police presence that comes down hard on people exercising their first amendment rights.

And I bet they both claim to be advocates for the Bill of Rights. :lmao:

There are no bystanders on a battlefield.

Then there'd be no one at the gatherings.

The premise of the law suit is flawed. The argument that weapons or devices developed for the military can not and should not be used by the police is illogical and unsupported by facts.

Further the argument that the device in question some how violates first amendment rights is also flawed.
