In 10 years? Not a chance. Our electric grid is maxed out already in a lot of places, with brownouts and the like. An all electric truck fleet is for the distant future, unfortunately.Windmills, solar, and grid scale storage.Where do you think all that electricity is going to come from?

I thought the human race ends before then? Who's driving these trucks, monkeys? Cockroaches?
Windmills, solar, and grid scale storage.Where do you think all that electricity is going to come from?
And when are you going to get a brain?Windmills, solar, and grid scale storage.Where do you think all that electricity is going to come from?
Sooooo, when are you going to stop being a luddite and get away from windmills. Old, old tech, and they suck the big wahzeeny.

The rate of increase in wind energy in the US is indictutive of what the utilities think of it.Windmills, solar, and grid scale storage.Where do you think all that electricity is going to come from?

nonsense
they said the same thing about horses and buggies
When was the last time you took a horse and buggy on an Interstate?

Until you can charge a battery as fast as you fill a fuel tank, this is nothing more than a pipe dream.

Yea no kidding, My range is 1200 miles on full fuel. Batteries won't last that long so we aren't going anywhere soon.
And the truck pictured is autonomous. That hasn't worked and companies trying to do it go out of business.
One producing at present. And Tesla has purchased 10,000 acres with a huge reserve of lithium in Northern Nevada, and has worked out a deal with a company that will be mining spodomene in the Piedmont region of the East Coast.Do know how many lithium mines are in North America?Keep in mind, in the world of commercial trucks, OTR's are a small minority. Most trucks are relatively local, and electric is a perfect fit. Gobs of torque, and the weight of the batteries is not an issue. I think a major transition by 2030 is a good bet.
Now this article has considerable doubts concerning Tesla's claims about the methods used to remove the lithium from the clay, however, given Tesla's past successes, I would not bet against them.Do know how many lithium mines are in North America?Keep in mind, in the world of commercial trucks, OTR's are a small minority. U.S. total annual Electricity generation from wind electricity generation in the United States increased from about 6 billion kilowatthours (kWh) in 2000 to about 300 billion kWh in 2019. In 2019, wind turbines in the United States were the source of about 7.3% of total U.S. utility-scale electricity generation.Mar 24, 2020

Sure thing. And as the people figure out your propaganda is bullshit, they will stop.

I don't know how feasible that is... But hell... This mother fucker lands rockets ... Something that likely should have been happening for decades. So..............
