Bruce Braley: If Dems lose Senate control, Grassley will be Senate Judiciary Chairma

The Democrats are getting closer and closer to losing their majority.

In Iowa, a Rasmussen poll showed that the race went from Braley + 12 to about Braley + 2 or 3.

Why? Because Bruce Braley was fundraising with trial lawyers and pointed out that if the Dems keep the Senate, they'll have a "tort reform opponent"(as if supporting junk lawsuits against doctors/farmers is a real winner in Iowa ), but if the GOP takes it, then the "farmer from Iowa" Chuck Grassley will chair the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Chuck Grassley is the most popular politician in Iowa along with Governor Branstad. Braley made a big mistake here. Talk about showing elitism. The well-credentialed trial lawyers must lord over us common folk.

I'm going to do another race analysis in a few days for the Senate. It's not looking pretty for the Dems.
