I hate to tell you this, but if the President wants something done, Congress isn't supposed to agree to do whatever he wants. There is a reason for different branches of government. You would think you'd know this. If they all just did what the President wanted, that's not a democracy, and it would ripe for citizens losing their rights and freedom.
