Breaking: Idaho GOP has voted to abolish the FBI and ban them from the state

No they do not. They should be arrested if they interfere in federal business.

Breaking? How is a state going to abolish and ban the federal government? That's funny...

I agree states have no jurisdiction outside of their state.
However, a state could start a case against the FBI that federal courts would then be forced to hear.
The FBI has always been corrupt and over stepping.
Remember it was originally run as a corrupt gang by J. Edgar Hoover, who was constantly violating laws, prosecuting innocents over false claims of Communist conspiracies, etc.
For example, the war on drugs is illegal, all federal gun laws are illegal, etc.

You really live in a dreamworld, don’t you? That was settled in 1865, when we became the United States is, instead of the United States are.

Wrong.
The point is the Constitution divides jurisdictions.
The 9th and 10th amendments say that the federal government is restricted to ONLY what it is specifically authorized to do in the Constitution.
So if we want the FCC, FAA, etc., then there really is legally supposed to be an amendment to authorize it.

The proof is when the feds tried to enforce a 55 mph speed limit to reduce the oil shortage, and the courts rules that states could ignore it if they wanted to. And a few did.

Um.no. fed trumps state. State trumps local.

Wrong.
Jurisdiction is divided.
Fed trumps state ONLY if both are equally authorized jurisdiction, and that is never the case.
The feds have very tiny jurisdiction legally.
For example, they have no jurisdiction over drugs or firearms, at all, in anyway.

Nor does state trump local.
For example, speed limits, parking regulations, meters, building codes, etc.

The smaller and closer to the people is always more authorized since it has more of a tie to individual inherent rights.
