The House is fairly certain to turn blue and go back to Democrats, the Senate--- Republicans will probably hold--but you never know--because these polls are often very wrong and for good reason. No one picks up on unknown callers anymore. For instance the New York Times, made 57K calls in Texas, only 800 people picked up and participated, which is how they showed Cruz leading O'Rourke by 7 points.

They are saying that they're seeing very heavy voter turnout that is close to 2016 general election turnout, and triple the last midterm in 2014, which typically spells disaster for the incumbent party (Republicans). If people are "happy" they typically don't go out of their way to vote in the midterms. Also in these special elections over the last 2 years that Democrats have been winning we have noticed a lackluster participation by Republicans whom may be discouraged by Trump and just decide to sit it out.

The Republicans will hold the House and add to the Senate. The Dems have been predicting a blue wave for over a year, and now are making excuses as to why it is not showing up in the data with early voting almost over. The Dems are toast.
