Everyone also knows that every GOP candidate was campaigning on deregulation years before Trump showed up. Now he is trying to kill the economy with a trade war.

The only one that has their thumb on the Economy is the Federal Reserve Chairman who operates separately and independently from the Federal Government. Recently they have raised interest rates to slow down the economy. Trump is NOT in charge of that. Furthermore, being in a deep recession like we were, the economy was bound to come booming back regardless of who the President was.

The bigger question is why did the Bush Tax cuts for the rich allow such high unemployment to happen in the first place and wipe out every bit of job creation during the final six years of Bush’s job destroying economic policy?

So you admit Obama reduced unemployment by at least 5% and Trump is lucky to have reduced it a bit over 1% knowing that unemployment will rise before we are rid of the Orange Buffoon in two years if he makes it that far.
