At least 11 Americans have been killed while participating in political demonstrations this year and another 14 have died in other incidents linked to political unrest, according to new data from a non-profit monitoring political unrest in the United States.

Nine of the people killed during protests were demonstrators taking part in Black Lives Matter protests. Two were conservatives killed after pro-Trump “patriot rallies”. All but one were killed by fellow citizens.

So the criminals who sprayed* him did not bear a murder rap.

Still, when the Sicknick family's plaintiff-attorney begins his work....... who would want to be liability insurer for the two criminals who sprayed Officer Sicknick in the face with bear-spray?

Or, will the the criminal's families bear the burden of an assault & battery tort in court?

If not assault & battery....then maybe, negligence for Sicknick's death?
Being sprayed full-on in the face with powerful chemical repellants ain't exactly a health exercise.
