My personal view is that reparations should involve some kind of segregated non-coed concentration camps where they are put up with room and board and food and taught the basic skills of reading, writing, arithmetic, civics, history starting with the US Civil War, tax rules, ethics, criminal law, birth control, and comparative religion.

We could use closed schools and build fenced in dorms.

Of course there will be a tizzy because nobody will want such a remedial negro academy in their neighborhoods.

So maybe build them all in the countryside like Adolf did.

Graduation would be conditional upon test performance.

Induction into the military for a guaranteed job would be optional or they can go back to their ghettos if they want after passing the literacy tests.
