The cop stops him over a fucking seat belt violation and tells him to get his licenses and then he gets his license and then he shoots him! WTF. Even throughout the incident, the black man was respectful, level-headed and obviously not a thug. Another tiny cop that should never have been a cop!

What that cop did was truly reprehensible!

See this is what I've been saying for ages. When a cop really does something wrong... he get in trouble! The problem I have is when he follows the rules perfectly, and then people want to attack him for doing his job.

Well most do. That's easy to say. You want to cough up the money? Outfitting every car, and every officer with video cameras, is not exactly cheap.... and of course because it's government, it's costs twice as much as it would in the private sector.

Now come on... he didn't kill anyone. Unbelievable. We have multiple count murderers in prison, some who have been convicted in multiple times in court, with eye witnesses, and the left screams we can't kill anyone.

Now we have an officer that fires a shot that doesn't kill anyone, and *NOW* it's a capital punishment offense. Really??!? So that guy who escaped from prison, walked into his ex-girl friends parents auto garage, was seen on camera, shot and killed her father, assaulted her elderly uncle, calmly walked to the room she was hiding in, choked her unconscious, and then put a bullet in her head, and calmly walked out.....

that guy.... we can't kill him no..... but this officer who freaked out and fired at this motorist without killing him..... now THAT is bad. We gotta fry him.

I'm not part of the left. If someone rapes an 11-year old, he should fry; multiple murders at different times, fry 'em; horrible sexual acts against small children, fry 'em. It is somewhat just a phrase. I'd be happy with much harsher sentences on violent crime, crime involving a firearm and crimes against small children.

Cops abusing their power and shooting the people they are supposed to protect is a violent gun crime. If your trigger finger is so itchy you shoot a man with his hands up who's apologizing to you, you don't need to be a cop. We certainly need to weed those guys out. If you're that scared, get out of the business. That victim is alive by sheer luck so no credit to the cop for that.

ETA: Cams are cheaper than a single lawsuit. Put it on the ballot, and I bet the majority votes for it, across the races, across the classes. I don't know anyone against dashcams.
