Correction : Blacks are arrested, prosecuted and convicted for crimes they commit at a higher rate than whites are for the crimes they commit.

Crimes of violence occur more frequently in correlation with economic disadvantage not in correlation with race.

As far as your idiotic theory about why people think blacks are just as good people as anyone else, I am white and I live in a predominantly black neighborhood of an economically depressed area of the inner city.
