Maybe, on the other hand, once set up, it is pretty cost free to operate, if whoever checks it once a day actually has some other job in government, with checking that as just an additional duty. And, if you were running that project, would you make a public statement, your government watchdog program was shut down, due to efforts of one white hat, little girl's efforts to thwart you? I doubt that.

If you are correct, though, it is nice to know, they have no such problems as activist teachers anywhere in the state, teach any ideas, concepts or history, the state does not approve, and nobody (citizens, parents, students) in the state is effectively terrorized anymore by the thought that there might be. And now the young lady has something cool for her resume, to boot. Much better to have a win/win for the state and the young lady, than to announce your state was beaten by a little girl.

Virginia is a pretty teach to the test system. If CRT isn't on the standardized test, then people aren't likely to see much of it other than in the libraries or maybe Black History month. Plus our school systems don't need much of a reason to cancel classes that puts more strain on time. Too hot, cold, windy, rainy, or snowy or sunny and classes may be cancelled for the day.
