Not plausible. First you'd have to impeach a president for some supposed crime committed many years earlier, which he doesn't appear guilty since he was never even charged with a crime. Then you have to clear the hurdle that he was acting on behalf of the U.S.. But your biggest hurdle would be getting 2/3rds of the Senate to remove him from office.
