It is time to end the slavish devotiton to the Democrat Party.

They have insulted us, used us, and manipulated us. They have saturated the black community with ridiculous lies. “Unless we support the Democrat Party we will be returned to slavery, we will be robbed of voting rights, the Martin Luther King holiday will be repealed.” They think we are stupid and that these lies will hold us captive while they violate everything we believe as Christians.

lol Horrible rhetoric.. This was also posted yesterday and was just as stupid then.

Civil rights doesn't just apply to African Americans, it extends to any demographic that is denied equal oppurtunuties under the law. He seems pissed that Liberals lumped in homosexuals with Blacks, but the fact of the matter is any group that is fighting for rights can liken and find encouragement from those who have fought for civil rights before them.

The people on the pictures behind him would be ashamed.

"WE DON'T NEED THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, OR ANY PARTY.. WE NEED GOD.." - Based on a lot of what he said, he wants people to only to vote for a candidate whose religious beliefs allign with their own.

Wouldn't be a glowing endorsement for Mitt either but in the end this is just another conservative pandering to the church crowd.

Homosexuals have the same rights as heterosexuals.

Marriage by definition is a union between one man and one woman.

    Deal with it.

    According to the Bible assclown.

a (1): the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law (2): the state of being united to a person of the same sex in a relationship like that of a traditional marriage <same-sex marriage>

got to love Webster's.. definitions never evolve, huh?

Marriage - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary

lmmfao at the people citing the fall of the Roman Empire being because of 'lack of moral fiber' in the comment section. Nevermind that Rome debased its currency, expanded too far beyond its borders, and experienced a sharp decline in its military might..

Those are the kinds of people that uphold these silly, traditional definitions.. Dictionaries are modified on a daily basis so it's best to become acquainted with definitions if one is to use them in debate.

African American Christians have very little in common with the radical Socialists/Progressives who control their Party. Their Party left them a long time ago. They've left American Jews as well. I have no idea why either would continue to vote Democrat.

Sounds more like a rebellion brewing on the Democrat plantation. The Bishop is simply telling Black Christians that their religious faith is much more important than politics, and the Democrat party is moving further and further away from their religious faith, and into the realm of the faithless.

Equal opportunity under the law, is a basic tenet of the American experiment, but it has become a weapon which left wing liberals have been using to beat up on common sense.
