The FBI and other federal agencies may walk around with the idea that they are outside the parameters of law, but thats a load of shit.
BTW, just because President Trump's enemies in the FBI etc, deny being told that the info was declassified, doesn't mean they are telling the truth. Their hatred of the millions of little Trumpsters is well known.

And b. There is absolutely no indication he did declassify those documents and he's caught on tape sharing at least some secrets he himself said he didn't declassify.

The president also has the legal obligation to let the agencies who classified the documents, know that he was declassifying the documents.I am really not all that concerned about a President sharing information, which he has the legal authority to do....I am more concerned about a Senator or VP, stealing classified documents for years and years, and hiding them in his garage, or offices up and down the East Coast....like, why did he do this? what purpose? what legal authority?
This was already determined in the Mara Lago, Judge Cannon case, and why all of the Mara Lago top secret documents that were insecurely being held at Mara Lago were put back in their secure place by our govt, and can only be viewed in a SCIF for his trial preparation. They were not declassified as Trump claimed.
