I was working in Malaysia. In a Big Billion dollar corporation, they had stalls. With basically a hole in the floor. On the wall was a hose (yes like garden hose) With a faucet handle to turn it on. No paper for them. Dont shake hands or pick up food Left handed.

Stink outside. I think it was open sewer canals running thru the area.
