Joe returned them when asked and opened his doors for the FBI to freely search his home and outside offices, Trump obstructed justice by lying, claiming he had none, and moving and hiding evidence etc etc etc, and refused to return several hundred of classified documents, weakly stored in an unsecured public ballroom and bathroom in a country club/ resort, for a time...

Why would it matter? Because Joe Biden had no authority to declassify, let alone take Classified documents home with him, thus making him guilty of what the fucking DOJ is attempting to pin on President Trump. The BIG difference is that the Presidential Records Act, allows President Trump to take home documents, but doesnt allow a fucking worthless senator to take home documents.

Not true. Trump would NOT ALLOW them to search the storage room where some of the records were. He allowed the authorities to only peak in the room, and denied them the access to search through the boxes of files.....
