I don't know why he would apologize. Obama's mother was white, so genetically Obama is not a 'real' black President. And policy-wise, he has done NOTHING in 7 years to better the status of blacks in this country. No jobs programs. Unemployment for young black adults is twice that of whites and 6 times as high for black teens. The only thing he has done is provide even MORE government-dependency creating social program benefits, ensuring blacks' status does not change and that they keep exchanging their votes for Liberal hand-outs.
