Barr's Summary

William Barr exposed the rampant desperation of Trump’s foes.

They smeared him, called him a liar and said he should resign. The same Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee who tried to assassinate the character of Judge Brett Kavanaugh last year pulled the same stunt on Bill Barr — with the same result.

They failed because, once again, they were throwing mud while shooting blanks.

Despite the Dems’ desperate efforts to derail Kavanaugh’s nomination with false accusations, he is now on the Supreme Court. Barr was obviously prepared for his mud bath and was unflappable in the face of Wednesday’s mean-spirited assault, proving himself to be a rock-solid attorney general.

As he said at his confirmation hearing, “I won’t be bullied,” and he wasn’t.

Barr was mostly stoic, but allowed himself a brief moment to brilliantly summarize the outlandish effort to twist reality.

“How did we get to the point where the evidence is now that the president was falsely accused of colluding with the Russians, accused of being treasonous and accused of being a Russian agent, and the evidence now is that that was without a basis?” he asked. “And two years of his administration have been dominated by allegations that have now been proven false. But to listen to some of the rhetoric, you would think the Mueller report had found the opposite.”

No better, more concise statement has been made about the bankrupt nature of the Democratic Party and its leaders. They bet everything on Mueller validating their Big Lie of Russia, Russia, Russia, and now they have nothing.

Their threats of impeachment are hollow and their resistance movement is breaking into factions about how much socialism they should offer to voters in 2020.

“We have to stop using the criminal justice process as a political weapon.”
The references are unmistakable and the strongest sign yet that Barr suspects wrongdoing in very high places. It’s also a sign that the worm is turning.

Wrong! Even Mueller admitted that Barr was correct on every point.

Democrats’ questions to Barr made them look like fools.

In the battle unfolding in Congress between the Democrats and Attorney General William Barr, I’m on the side of the US Constitution. That means defending not only Barr but also President Trump. The two men stand on America’s legal bedrock.

Which is why Barr was able to make short work of his Democratic questioners at Wednesday’s hearing in the Senate. His calm, straightforward testimony made it clear that he isn’t the caricature the Democrats have been drawing of him.

And events aren’t the conspiracy they are still trying to validate, even after special counsel Robert Mueller’s finding that there was no collusion, actual or attempted, between Trump’s camarilla and the Kremlin. Nor any prosecutable obstruction case.

Mueller didn’t accuse Barr of misrepresenting him. He complained that Barr’s letter sketching the key elements of Mueller’s report didn’t “fully capture” the report’s “context, nature and substance.” What four-page sketch can fully capture a 448-page report?

It turns out that Mueller wanted the report released piecemeal. Barr overruled him. Happens all the time.

Of all the people in this country — including our judges and members of Congress — Trump is the only one empowered and commanded to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

Immediately after issuing that command, the Constitution ordains that the president shall commission “all” the officers of the United States. In other words, it is the president who must enforce the law, and only he gets to pick the staff to do so. While he’s president, executive power flows from his very person.

The president alone is commanded to faithfully execute the laws, it isn’t constitutionally kosher for Congress or a special counsel to try to restrict his freedom of action.

"The investigation also identified numerous links between the Russian Government and the Trump Campaign. Although the investigation established that the Russian Government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen trough Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian Government in its election interference activities. Fake news.

...(T)he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian Government in its election interference activities. "...
And that's entirely accurate. Prosecutors either bring indictments or shut their mouths. We are not interested in their smears and innuendos we are interested in whether or not they have courtroom quality evidence.

Mueller dropped the ball 3 times and now he is reduced to moaning:

First Mueller punted on whether to indict Trump on obstruction, because he did not have sufficient evidence to indict Trump on obstruction.

Second, before issuing his four-page summary of Mueller’s two major conclusions, Barr gave the special counsel a chance to see the document and to offer comments and proposed edits. Mueller declined.

Third, Barr, anticipating that redactions to the Mueller report would be necessary as a matter of law, encouraged Mueller’s team to identify portions of its report that would need to be redacted.

By doing so before submitting the report to the DOJ, Mueller would significantly reduce the time required before his report could be released to the public and to Congress. Barr, shortly after becoming Attorney General, he personally made this point to Mueller.

But when Mueller submitted his report, it did not identify redactions. This meant that Barr’s team had to start the redaction project from scratch. As a result, the report could not be released as soon as Barr had hoped.

Had Mueller cooperated with redactions at the front end, Congress and the public would have heard directly from him much sooner. Indeed, he might not even have had to ask Barr, in that now famous letter, to issue multi-page summaries of his findings. The entire report might have been ready, or nearly ready, for release by then.

Thus, Mueller dropped the ball three times: first by not making the decision on whether to indict Trump on Obstruction, second by not flagging redactions and third by not reviewing Barr’s four-page memo before it was released.

Mueller moans, media misleads

Barr is following the law, his quote from above matches the actual quote,
"(T)he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian Government in its election interference activities. "

Mueller's job was to investigate and charge or not charge, he did not charge, that means:
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION,
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION,
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION,
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION

AG Barr will investigate the origin of the Mueller investigation, and indict the deep state actors for their illegal coup attempts.

Notice that Mueller says that "the investigation did not establish". What it doesn't say is that the investigation "found no evidence".

Trump lied. Lots of collusion and enough obstruction to impeach. Barr has no authority over Trump. Only Congress does.

did not establish = is innocent
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, just ask Lindsay Graham and the Senate along with AG Barr. Its over.
Congress has no authority over Trump, unless he is impeached, but impeachment isn't going to happen, so the dems can pound sand. The deep state coup attempt is over. Except for the punishment of the deep state conspirators.

It’s clear, many on the left will never let this go. They refuse to admit their media and political party duped them. They KNOW Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election, in absence of any evidence.

Wait until he wins in 2020, if you really want to hear them cry [emoji24].

Barr misrepresented the Mueller report. The proof is right there but the Trumpbots are too blinded by their unquestioning love for the president to acknowledge it.

What part of
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION
NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION

don't you understand?
I understand you will never explore the question any further than Barr's white wash job. While they could not prove formal collusion the report makes it clear that the Trump campaign welcomed Russia's help. The end result is the same as collusion. There was definitely obstruction of justice but Mueller following Justice dept. guidelines lacks the authority to indict. Barr didn't say that did he?
LIAR!! You clowns are idiots.
