Yeah, I go back and forth on that. It's a tough call.We should probably give serious consideration to how we solved the bootlegger problem.Well, I'd be open to doing both.I think the only solution is to address the consumption problem. Producers are only fulfilling a demand. We have never in history succeeded in stopping the producers of illegal substances. Not even alcohol, and we did have a REAL war against bootleggers. It failed catastrophically.We don't have a choice. We have to go to REAL war with the cartels. The carrot for the countries is that we'll bring jobs, security, commerce, opportunity and safety for their families.How?Agreed. We're buying the drugs. We're creating the problem. It's time to end that.

Trying to cut off the supply has never worked. It's far too profitable a venture to ever snuff out.
It would be tough as hell. It would take huge effort from everyone. It might not work.
