Would you invite a stranger to live in your house to live for 4 years without wanting some snippits of what he/she is made of? You know, a crook/con vs someone on the up and up?

If that stranger was the best opportunity out of the two poor choices to achieve some higher level of economic recovery by virtue of him simply showing up at the office then he gets the vote.

That's a for sure!! He makes more $$ in one day than does all the casino's in Vegas in one day AND has benefited in record amounts to the con's keeping his taxes the lowest possible....as well as all the other gimmee's, goodies, etc. they can muster.

not the end... no one cares that he's rich. all of our modern presidents, probably with the exception of clinton and obama, were rich when they took office.

where is his money sheltered? are there years where he didn't pay taxes at all but took in hundreds of millions of dollars? shouldn't people know that?

Bain Capital, under Romney’s leadership, had one goal: take the money and run. More specifically, their highly successful process goes like this:

1. Take over a company
2. Borrow millions against the assets
3. Procure millions more in taxpayer funded grants and low-interest loans
4. Put the millions in grants and loans in their pockets
5. File for bankruptcy and hightail it out of town, asap

The banks lose, the taxpayers lose, the workers lose, but Romney and his company pocket millions in ill-gotten gains. How is this not illegal?

Using an offshore account to avoid taxes is like getting paid in cash and not reporting it to the IRS. It is cheating on your taxes. That is why, once the IRS was aware of peoples' accounts, it didn't shield taxes any more. That was a nice way to say that people couldn't cheat.

So NOW, we see the IRS really might have left a beef spinning, when Meat filed, in 2009, but he needs to get his 2010 FBAR form, out.

I still want to see tax returns 1999 through 2009, no matter how much dick Quasi mo-doodoo sucks, at the Log Cabin Club tea-room party.

Meat had a contractual relationship, with Bain Capital, all the way, through 2009. Meat needs to get out his FBAR forms, NOW. The more we learn, the more we need to see.

Of course, Meat knew this would happen. Whatever we find out, on our way to completely rejecting W. Meat (white) Obamney will be worse for Meat, than would be a simple bow-out, with an apology.

Tax experts say it is almost certain that Romney did file the form, known as a Report on Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts, or "FBAR" in accountant slang. The penalty for not filing an FBAR can be severe, and the IRS would have expected to receive the form since Romney listed the Swiss bank account on his tax return. Listing the account on his tax return and then failing to file the subsequent FBAR would have been asking for a hefty fine, and would probably have heightened IRS scrutiny of prior tax filings.

Nevertheless, Romney's omission of the form from the earlier disclosure raises questions for tax policy experts about the function of his Swiss bank account, and whether or not Romney used other offshore bank accounts that did not generate interest.
