Babies born to illegal immigrants

Are citizens of the United States in accordance with the Constitution and its case law – appropriately and wisely so.


We do not want politicians, bureaucrats, and 'simple majorities' deciding who is or is not an American citizen.


And that their parents are afforded medical treatment is also wise and appropriate as to ensure the well-being of such a new American citizen.


The 'argument' that this 'facilitates' undocumented immigrants to come to the United States fails as a post hoc fallacy.
