My husband and I are looking for photos of active duty personnel in both every day and formal uniforms and in their family environment. We are putting together a patriotic DVD. The DVD will be sold and proceeds will go to charity. Just to give a little background, my husband is retired Navy, and Vietnam veteran, and I am a Navy veteran and a Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Specialist. I'm sure you are a lovely person Ma'am, but asking folks you do not know to send in their family photos on a ginormous message board seems unsafe. Is there some reason you and your husband cannot merely ask your friends to contribute the images you need?

I'd hate like hell for anyone to end up targeted or embarrassed by a fraud who claimed the excellent motives you seem to have.
