At leats the bad cop is getting his. This time...

BS. An autopsy would have clearly shown that the man was shot several times in the back. Just as it proved the victim in Ferguson was not shot in the back and he did not have his hands up.

What do you get from adding in a lie like that?

Looks like the cop was a bad apple, and he should be charged.

But trying to paint all cops with the same brush is like saying if Hillary goes to prison, we should round up all the Democrats we can catch and send them off with her.....

Who tried to paint all cops anything?

Answer: No one

The story does draw some similarities to Ferguson. An officer with no disciplinary issues, a scuffle, and shooting at the suspect while running away.

Heck, if you read the description the officer gives in this case, it sounds similar to Michael Brown and Darren Wilson. The only thing that separates the two, a clear video showing the actual events.

Note to conservatives who can't read: similar doesn't mean the same

What the hell was that officer thinking. :dunno:

There are just too many of this type who have a badge and think it makes them above the law. The worst thing about it is that unless it is absolutely over the top as in this case, then they get away with it. We know of one case after another where cops have killed unarmed people and have walked away because they falsely "felt threatened". I am not including the Ferguson case in that because we will never know for certain what actually happened there.

You're right. Most cops are good, and would never unnecessarily shoot anyone. However, they all know it is easy for the bad ones to get away with really bad stuff. Until they police their own ranks, and cull the bad ones, they will never have the public cooperation that they need.

They are not even remotely similar. There isn't anything of substance that is similar between the two cases other than it involved a cop and a civilian.

It seems you don't actually understand what happened with Ferguson at all.
