No. Why does it matter to you? Are they afraid of Muslim terrorism in Germany and refrain from holding them? I wouldn't be surprised, given how Europe has been cowed by their 'refugees'. They own entire sections of Paris and London.

What would they be afraid of, traffic? Churches nowadays are on major roads, non-conducive to parades, like most big institutions.

I suppose the people could parade through the parking lot, but that wouldn't work out that well.

Its more that parade action in general is declining for several reasons.
