It came out that the girl had to go to Indiana to get an abortion because it had recently been banned in Ohio. However, we soon learned that the Ohio doctor did not report to the proper authorities that the 10 yo girl was pregnant. This is a serious problem because a crime had been committed but not reported, so at first people thought the story was made up. But it turned out that the Ohio doctor did not report the crime. It then makes us wonder how many 10 yo girlrs are having this procedure without the crime being reported. Then once the Indiana doctor reported the crime, they then had to try and find out who got her pregnant. Well it turned out that the girl's boyfriend who was living with them got her pregnant because he admitted to it. However, the mother, who was also pregnant by him, said that he would never do that and wanted the charges dropped.

If only Roe vs. Wade had not been overturned the Ohio doctor could have done the abortion without the proper authorities to be notified, thus the little girl could have had 20 abortions without anyone knowing, which is what the mother preferred, as well as the boyfriend and what democrats would have preferred.

The reality is when abortion was still illegal, it was rarely prosecuted. Why? Police couldn't be bothered to investigate complaints, prosecutors wouldn't indict, juries wouldn't convict.
