Anyone read German handwriting? Translation needed please

My fluency in German is not good. I studied it three years in high school and two years in college, but never went any farther.

i think one never learns the old alphabet any more.

i can tell you the meaning of those 4 letters on the left ..

v.l.n.r.

That's what I was thinking. I did find this chart of 1940's era German cursive:

The top name appears to be "Oberst Elle" (Colonel Elle)

The next one appear to be a Major.

The last one appears to be an abbreviation for Oberleutnant.

I read here:
(Colonel<=) Oberst Elle
(Major<=) Major Orsau
(lieutenant colonel<=) Oberstl. Henfschal
(first lieutenant<=) Oberltn. Ucanfawics

3. also seems to start with …. Ober ….. but then I am lost …
3 Oberstl. = Oberstleutnant = lieutenant colonel (=deputy of the colonel)
4 Oberltn. = Oberleutnant = first lieutenant
