Although I can say I haven't started a day without coffee since the late 70s.

I have this mug - I'm guessing it's a soup mug, but I start every day with it full of coffee.

Only recently have I cut it down to just one pot a day. Since I went Primal, caffeine doesn't have the same, overwhelming effect on me.
