Among the rest of the world it is noted that the Republicans are basically not opposing ObamaCare anymore. Mainly Senator Ted Cruz likely creates the tears, among the refugees from Cuba, for having shut down the U. S. Federal Government, something Fidel Castro, could not do(?). Shutting down the Castro regime, on the other hand, apparently was not something Senator Cruz was willing to advocate or do. . . .However that is said(?)!

The problem is simply Medicaid. Even setting aside partisanship, when pre-Obamacare Medicaid was over 20% of a state budget, and the only larger part of the budget was education, and EVEN THEN, education only outspent Medicaid if you add together both state spending on K-12 and colleges and universities. Obama says the federal match will not drop, but if it does, the states will either have to massively increase taxes or totally gut education, and most likely it'd have to be BOTH
