I've noticed there is a limit to the time after a post is made that it can be edited. Is the limit for complete deletion of the post the same or longer? If longer, why?

Inquiring minds need to know.

Bless you.

I believe that it is a 24 hour edit limit......

Members have different reasons for editing. Reasonable intent is justified, even after the window closes. PM a Mod of your choice. We are here to help.

Abuses, like changing the content of a post after it was quoted, and then reporting the member that quoted your post, for misquoting you, will get you in trouble.

Posting, deleting, the same posts repeatedly, to avoid detection by Moderators, is also an abuse that will get the offender into trouble.

Know that all posts and edits are time stamped. :)
