And Now, A Moment Of Silence For The Late, Great….

Your example is not correct. Equality is everyone having the same starting point in the race. Equity is flattening out the result at the end of the race so it is a tie for all participants. Thus, punishing those that excel and praising those that just can't cut it. The result is that there is no incentive to excel and all become mediocre at best.

Mischaracterizing these terms as you did is a left wing thing. Did the tall guy lift the little guy up onto the two crates or did he wait for the government to do it?
But the problem is that everyone does not start the race equally. Some have advantages, some start at a disadvantage

You recognize that fact and provide help to those who need help, not those who start the race ahead.

I love the tears. But thank you for being honest here. The only thing you didn't do was draw a direct line of your grievance here to your support of the great orange menace. :)
It is after all why you supported him at your core. You believed he was going to prevent this. That he was going to ensure that the privilege you enjoy in this country stayed intact.
So again, you search out the fringes and use them as an example to scare ma and pa kettle in white suburbia that they will soon be a no privilege minority in their own country.
It's sad when all the right hand side of the aisle has left is fear mongering over culture issues. But so be it. Just reinforces that conservatism is a failure.

Love the whole equality (which you don't believe in...because it takes your privilege away) vs equity. Psssssssssst. They're the same thing.

Let's review terms, just to see where you fit in:

The Founders, classical liberals, conservatives
a. individualism, free markets, and limited constitutional government.
“free markets, free voices, free people”

,
Fascists, Nazis, Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, Communists, Democrats
b. the collective, command and control regulation of private industry, and overarching government that can order every aspect of the private citizen's life....right down to control of his thoughts and speech.

None of the totalitarian forms of political plague have the slightest concern for human life: not communism (gulags), not Nazism (concentration camps), not Liberalism (abortion), not Progressivism (eugenics), not socialism (theft), not fascism (murder).

The Democrats check every one of those boxes.

They only differ in the final outcome: slavery, serfdom, or death.

And you vote for "b."

So, you must punish those that have trained and prepared at the start of the race and then also punish them at the end of the race if they win, got it.

Your post is seething with envy. I have known of few people that got to start on third base. If they did get to start out much better than most,. it;s still up to them to move forward. Most that were given such great starts can't excel because they have never had to. Those that worked to get there usually can excel further. Is there situations where that doesn't occur in favor of the spoiled brat? Sure. I see it all of the time in our millenial workforce. They expect top pay and promotion for just showing and much of the time they can't even do that. Instead, they expect us old folks to do their jobs for them and then say, "Oh,Shit!" when we retire.

"It is after all why you supported him at your core"

No, you dunce......it is policies I support.

Watch how deftly I put you in your place: find any errors herein-

Adults judge a President by his achievements for the people….Democrats judge by their personality and what they do for the party.
Dick Morris notes a number of astounding achievements by Trump…..

1.” He defied the economic establishment by getting Congress to pass a massive tax cut, skillfully crafted to aim at the middle class, the working poor, and small businesses. …. he made sure his tax cuts were the first in recent history to target the lower middle class—the working class. Trump signed a law giving a tax credit of $2,000 per child, and changed tax rates so the lower-income people did not even have to file returns.

2. ….holding Beijing accountable for its unfair trade practices through massive and highly effective trade sanctions. ….Trump insisted that we use our power to stop China from cheating, and force it to compete on a level playing field.

The establishment cautioned him not to mess with China. They said that we owe them so much money, they could pull the plug on us anytime they want to. But as a businessman, Trump understood that it is we who have the upper hand because we buy three times as much from China as they buy from us. And the debt? Trump realized that our debt to China made them dependent on us, not the other way around. After all, we are the ones sitting on their money.

3. The establishment wanted free flow of labor and open borders. But Trump demanded that we keep illegal immigrants out. He said that if we have millions of people willing to work for very little, there’s no way the middle class can move up in wages.

4. The environmental establishment wanted to scrap fossil fuels and go to wind and solar energy. But Trump pointed out that we have worked hard for forty years to be energy independent. So why would we give that power away? Especially for solar panels that don’t work when it’s cloudy, and wind turbines that don’t turn on calm days. Instead, he said, let America be the OPEC of the future and use our energy power for democracy and human rights.

5. The legal establishment said that when illegal immigrants come over the border, they are entitled to constitutional rights. But Trump didn’t see it that way and asked Mexico to put troops on the frontier to keep them on their side of the border. Mexican president López-Obrador, a hardline leftist, asked, “Why should we?” But when Trump threatened trade sanctions, López-Obrador saw the light and deployed 28,000 troops. End of problem, and illegal immigration dried up almost entirely. And to make sure, Trump built five hundred miles of a border wall that everyone was afraid to cross.”

6. “The diplomatic establishment had always pushed for the two-state solution in the Middle East. But Trump knew that wouldn’t accomplish anything. Hamas would still want to kill Israelis. So he got the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia to stop subsidizing Hamas, in return for our protection against our common enemy—Iran.

He imposed crippling sanctions on Iranian ayatollahs, Russian oligarchs, and Venezuelan dictators.

7. The civil rights movement (more specifically, the Black Lives Matter movement) said that minorities have been discriminated against for decades, and that we must abandon the idea of equality. Instead, they claimed that we must begin discriminating against white people. They called it “equity.” Trump stood firm for colorblind government and cut the ground out from under them by ushering in policies that led to Black household income rising to historic heights.”

8. “The president pulled out of the Paris Accord when Europe refused to demand that China stop emitting massive amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Then he defied the environmental lobby by supporting an increase in fracking. As a result, we extracted enough natural gas to cut our carbon emissions by over eight hundred million metric tons—more than Europe and Japan combined.”

9. He scrapped NAFTA and negotiated a new deal that stopped China from sneak- ing products into the United States, and allowed duty free hemispheric trade in autos only for those goods produced by Mexican, American, or Canadian workers who are paid at least $15 per hour—the first and only trade deal in history to incentivize higher wages.”

10. Trump's popularity is built on achievements, no media hype.

He actually governed to help real working Americans.

“…Trump discovered a new ethnic group who had lain hidden in our politics, unknown to the oddsmakers, consultants, pundits, and analysts in the news media and the political establishment: the white high-school graduate living in middle America. “Fly-over country,” the insiders sneered. The states that don’t matter, and the voters who don’t really count.

Hillary famously called them the “deplorables.” Obama mocked them, saying, “It’s not surprising, then, that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them, or anti-immigrant sentiment, or anti- trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

Low wages, closing factories, shrinking towns, and shattered dreams were the grief that gripped these Americans. Illegal immigration that dragged down wages and created a class of working poor, ruinous and unfair competition with China, and trade deals that let Mexico steal our jobs—those were the grievances. And when Trump ripped up NAFTA, sanctioned China, and built a wall along the Southern border—those were the solutions.”
Dick Morris

Dick Morris, “The Return”

Compare the above to what the Democrats have done since the stolen election.
That would be a low bar to clear..dunce. He had no policy beliefs. Every policy implementation he made came from SOMEONE ELSE. He was a moron. Wouldn't know a policy position if it ran up and stole his Quarter Pounder with Cheese.
You supported him because he was going to ensure that your country would not be turned over to those dark and different people. That your "white, high school graduate living in middle America" would not have to answer to people who didn't look
like them or believe what they believe. :) (By the way, white high school graduates live everywhere....hence the whole, "majority" label :))

Just stop, sweetie. You're embarrassing yourself..as usual. The only fascist here is you. And those who believe as you do. You have zero idea of the terms you throw around.
They're just political battering rams that your alt-right media masters give to you to parrot. This country was founded upon and built upon ideas...which the Republican party
and conservatives seem to be out of.

Now, run away and declare your non-existent victory. :)

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is an example where our society provides Equity.

Prior to ADA, everyone had the same access to buildings and restrooms…..Equality

ADA invested in facilities to ensure that the disabled would be able to access buildings …….Equity

But the ADA didn't give such "investments" to small businesses and it harmed them. I knew several "EVIL" small business owners that did their best to provide access to the handicapped within their means. They saw such additional access as a good economic investment on their own part because it equated to more customers. Then the ADA came along and said that they would have to spend tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to comply and didn't offer any of that "investment" that you mentioned to help. In most cases, the mandates caused irreparable damage to their business. Some had to close their doors.

Yep. That's your beloved equity.

Of course, you have conveniently ignored what your beloved equity does to punish those that excel at the end of the race.

And we are all better off because of the investment in facilities for the disabled

Conservatives and business owners howled because of the requirement to be handicapped accessible

But it was worth it

It was worth killing businesses that were doing their best to comply without any help from the government that came up with new mandates . Got it. There were good people and families that were negatively affected by it but that doesn't matter at all, does it?

You still keep avoiding the "Equity" that occurs at the end of the race when winners have to be punished in the name of equity.

Yes, it was worth investing in access to the disabled
The investment that was made thirty years ago is still paying dividends. Those facilities are still here and still being used

Let's be clear.....I just proved you a liar.....you couldn't find any errors in the Trump polices that I voted for.

And you've doubled down on the lies.....which makes you an Elmer.

Earlier, I explained what an Elmer is....

....one poster, Elmer, came up with this knee-jerk post from one of the indoctrinated:

“ There were hundreds if not thousands of people who lost jobs, careers, even families based on McCarty's (sic) over reach and list he compiled and interrogated. Innocent people.”

Yea Or Nay?

One hears this time and again from the indoctrinated....

If this is true…..it should be eminently simple to prove.

When challenged, he could not name a single such innocent ruined by McCarthy......yet he doubled down with his lies, continuing to blame McCarthy.

And now you....when given documentation that refutes your post, the same.

Another Elmer.

They are simply lying scum.

Not counting the one's that were ruined over it simply because their small business was in a location where the buildings were older and nothing short of demolition and rebuild without government help would satisfy the ADA. Screw them and their families, got it.

So, what about the "equity" that occurs at the end of the race?

Yea…..and business is also forced to comply with fire, health, safety, labor, EEO and other regulations

If you can’t cut it, you don’t deserve to be in business

5. “The McLaughlin survey also found that the central tenet of Critical Race Theory—that the United States is a racist nation—is soundly rejected by American voters. By 54–36, they say it’s not true, and by a like margin, object to teaching Critical Race Theory in schools.

And most American voters are dead set against granting reparations for slavery— key demand of the Left.

By 61–27, they agree with the statement that “the three hundred thousand white Union soldiers who died in the Civil War have been reparation enough, and that nothing is accomplished by paying for damage done eight generations ago.”

But Democrats have a blind spot on the issue, and back reparations by 50–34, even as all other Americans reject the idea.”
Dick Morris, “The Return.”

While the debate can be framed as ‘equality vs equity,’ it is a central tenet of the Democrat Party: anti-white racism.

It’s Not ‘Identity Politics,’ It’s Anti-White Politics

"With Thomas Perez As DNC Chairthing, Democrats Go Full Anti-White
… Mr. Perez is a dedicated Social Justice Warrior, a key enforcer of the Obama administration’s anti-white programswhen serving in key positions in the Justice Department and the Department of Labor across almost all of the eight Obama years."

If you vote blindly, that means following the orders of the party of Obey.....you vote for racism.

I have often described the Democrats as the Wehrmacht.....and today provides and interesting comparison.

The Democrats have an agenda of depriving folks of their rights, the right to be treated equally, due to the white color of their skin.

See if this resonates:

September 15th, 1935..... Nurenberg Laws deprive Jews of citizenship- even ¼ Jews!

We have to, for starters. Then, I hope some kind of split is coming. We can start America 2.0. And they can have the People's Republic of Misery, which is what their Utopia always turns out to be.
I think the only workable answer is some kind of revolution, secession, or division of the country into two countries, one under the constitution, the other under left wing socialism. sadly, I see no other answer. and sadly again, it may require violence to make it happen. We have the military, the police, and all the guns and ammo, so it would be a very short conflict. This november will determine the survival of the USA, get out and vote red in every election.

yep, Oprah started out behind the starting line, and finished way ahead of the vast majority of us who started at the line, including you. How exactly was she held back? same question for LeBron James, Serena Williams, Will Smith, and millions of others. The USA is the only place on earth where they could have achieved such success. YOU are FOS
