Is GMO [genetically modified organism] corn nutritionally equivalent to non-GMO corn? Monsanto will tell you the answer is a big ‘yes’, but the real answer is absolutely not. And the simple reality is that they are continuing to get away with their blatant misinformation. In fact, a 2012 nutritional analysis of genetically modified corn found that not only is GM corn lacking in vitamins and nutrients when compared to non-GM corn, but the genetic creation also poses numerous health risks due to extreme toxicity.

This raises the point that Monsanto is just one of several large conglomerates gaining so much power politically that legislation can be passed based on political influence and not scientific studies.

I don't like monsanto but some of those numbers seem padded.. Just saying, I'd be careful on this one. Sounds like its a bit over-done..

but why would they seek to make food that cant really feed people?

Beause hungry slaves have nothing to lose.

BUT if you fill their bellies they are more plyable.

this way you can make them even more plyable but dont have to worry about them getting strong

NAH.. it's about profits and losses versus the numbers to feed.. We have a problem,we need to feed over 6.5 billion people that we know of, and do it cheaply and quickly. So companies like this one capitalized on it and made corn fast, cheap, and filling. The downside (always is one when you take a shortcut) is the corns less nutritious.. Its not anything new we have been doing it a long time now..

Ever see organic fruits next to non-organics? Notice the size of the non-organics? They are almost double the size or more and usually contain far less nutrients than their smaller counterparts..

Not saying monsanto are nice guys, far from it. But this wasn't an intended result, it was a side effect of trying to shortcut nature.
