what she's really saying is if you respect the first amendment's separation of church and state, you're "anti-biblical"

No. What she is saying that when the government is actively hostile to biblically based religions, then they are anti-biblical.
The administration has a lengthy record (as cited in the above link) of speaking out against, putting down, and being derrogatory toward Christians of all types, and Jews.
Yet he also has a record of encouraging non-biblical faiths.
And your Bible is hers. I really encourage you to read and apply it more in your life. You have a rich heritage.
